When will my order ship?

Most everyday toys, like soft plush animals, simple board games, or small action figures, are inspected, wrapped in child-safe, eco-friendly padding, and packed into sturdy boxes within 1–2 working days. We skip excessive plastic packaging, opting for recyclable materials to keep both the toy and the planet happy. For more intricate items that need extra attention—such as battery-operated light-up toys with delicate wiring, large playsets with multiple detachable parts, or hand-painted wooden puzzles—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This extra time lets our team verify that all components are included, test functionality (like lights, sounds, or moving parts), and ensure secure assembly, so the toy works perfectly right out of the box. Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your package ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey and count down to the excited gasps of unboxing day.

For orders shipped outside our base country, keep in mind you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. In short: Most unused, unopened toys can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original condition with tags, packaging, and any accessories (like instruction manuals, batteries, or small parts) included. Custom items (like personalized glowing name signs or plush toys with a child’s name) have specific guidelines, noted on their product pages.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care to package every toy securely—using padded boxes for fragile items (like glowing projectors or electronic toys) and secure wrapping for small parts—to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. But if a toy arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts (e.g., a broken glow bulb, a non-functioning sound component, or a missing puzzle piece), please notify us immediately.
To fix this quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, a repair kit (for fixable issues), or a full refund—whichever you prefer—at no cost to you. If we need the damaged item back for inspection, we’ll cover return shipping.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, GiggleGlow does not offer cash on delivery (COD). This helps us keep transactions secure and efficient—COD can cause delays, errors, or extra costs that might disappoint little ones waiting for their new toy.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?
